Preparation of lava cake
Before we start the recipe let's preheat the oven to 200-degree celsius first let's prepare the dry ingredients for this by taking half a cup of all-purpose flour and two and a half tablespoons of cocoa powder to it. And adding half teaspoon baking soda and 1/4 teaspoons salt sieve everything well.
Now in a new bowl add a half cup of brown sugar or you can also use white sugar to it. And add a half cup of milk, add 2 tablespoons of instant coffee powder and add two and a half tablespoons of oil now add half teaspoon of vinegar or you can also use lime juice mix everything well until the sugar dissolves. Now add the dry ingredients in the wet ingredients and whisk it until a cake batter is smooth.
Make sure there are dough lumps now. Brush your ramekins generously with butter pour in half the batter in each ramekin and put 3-4 pieces of chocolate in the centre top it with remaining batter make sure to only fill your ramekins only till three by the fourth area as this will rise initially now place the ramekins in the preheated oven and allow it to bake at 200 degrees for 25 minutes after 25 minutes insert a toothpick and check if the cake is pegged if not give it five more minutes our chocolate cake is now ready dimple the chocolate into a serving plate and enjoy it.
